About Russell Claridge Russell Claridge completed his Blacksmithing course at the renowned Hereford College over 10 years ago. Immediately after finishing his course, Russell secured work under a master blacksmith, working on many high-end commissions including the Royal Chelsea Flower Showground and the Langham Hotel in London.
Russell then moved to the construction industry for a while before returning to metalwork in 2016, establishing Russell Claridge Blacksmith. In his small forge, he took on small and medium-sized commission, until he moved to a purpose-built large workspace in February 2019. This enabled him to set up his forge and fabrication workshop and he is now living his dream of owning and operating as a full-time blacksmith and metalworker.
